Returns & Refunds Policy

At Atomic Adventures, every item is printed on demand to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we have a specific return policy outlined below.

Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at atom@atomicadventures.co with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or item due to an error on our end, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer (we’re happy to help with fit guidance before you order)

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
